Admission Process



The admission process in the school will start in the first week of April, as it is foundation month of the year. All the Admissions are made on first come first serve basis.

All the parents who want to admit their child to "Heritage Public School" are advised to fill-up registration from and present it to Principal's office starting from first week of April.

The minimum Age for the admission to the play-group is 2+ year as on 1st April of the respective year and 6+ year for first standard.

The necessary documents required for admission are:

  • Completely filled registration form.
  • Age proof/ Transfer certificate.
  • Latest photograph of the child.
  • A declaration form attached with the registration form.



Fee Structure 2024-2025


All payments must be paid before the specific date. Parents are requested to keep the receipts carefully issued to them at the time of admission and produce the as proof of payment if needed.

All the parents are advised to deposit fee on or before the 15th of the respective month, otherwise Rs. 50 as a late fee late fee will be levied on the last day of the month specified.

The school management reserves the right to make any changes to fee structure.

Rules & Regulations



No students shall be involved in any indiscipline activity.

All the parents should deposit the fee on or before the due date and time.

All the student are required to appear in all the tests /terminal tests and the exams.

Breakages, damages or losses in any form of the school property will be charged from the parents of the concerned students.

No student will be prompted to the next class without giving the final examination. A nominal examination fee will be charged extra.

Parents should meet the principal or the respective teachers for an unfavourable result of their child. A student can be suspended from the school due to misleading statement or misbehaviour with other students or with the teachers.

Examination & Promotion System

The school's academic year is from April to March and it is divided into two terms for classes I to X & three terms for classes Play Group to U.K.G. Monthly tests are conducted during the year. Every academic subject carries a maximum of 100 marks.

If during the academic year, the Principal thinks that a child has to be reverted to a lower class, such action will be taken with the express consent of the parents or guardian in writing.

The total marks obtained by the student in an academic year will be considered for merit award. No student who misses a terminal test, will be eligible for a merit award. There will be no re-examination at any time in the year for any reason.

Promotion

Promotion is granted on the basis of the years performance for which a student's regularity in attendance and work is taken into consideration. Minimum 80% attendance is essential for promotion.

The students are required to get more than 33% marks on overall performance aggregate for the promotion to the next class.

Suspension from the School

If any student is found to be indulged in any indisciplined activity during the school time, he/she will be penalized and suspended from the school.
In this regard the Principal's Decision will be final.
